  • SI5346B-B-GMR Overview
    It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 350MHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. As long as you provide 1.71V~3.47V supply voltage, it will work. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY features better clock signal output. In some cases, over-current supply (higher than 230mA) may cause thermal damage to an element.
