UCC5629FQPG4 Overview
It is possible to terminate a transmission line with a device matching the impedance of the line, which is known as 14 termination. A well-known feature of the 48-LQFP is its low packaging cost. Materials used for packaging are the same as those used by Tray. Surface Mount allows mounting of PCBs. It is recommended that the Operating Temperature does not exceed 0°C~70°C. Standard applications can be carried out with this SCSI, LVD, SE-qualified material. Normal operation is ensured by a 2.7V~5.25V Supply Voltage. There are specific uses for the 48 pins. A 14 signal line is one that is exclusively used for transmitting signals or intelligence, or for public or private communication. Optimal efficiency requires a supply voltage of 3.3V.
