  • LMK04031BISQX/NOPB Overview
    It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 48 terminations within RF synthesizer.
