821024J8 Overview
Due to space constraints, it is supplied in the PLCC package. This package uses the Tape & Reel packaging method. In order to prevent signal reflections from off the end of the transmission line, 32 terminations are used. Essentially, it is an electronic device with 32 pins. There are 32 pins on this board. Based on the Surface Mount technology, the module is mounted to a PCB. 5.25V is the maximum value of supply voltage. Analog signals are converted to digital signals by means of 4 A/D converters.
