Due to space constraints, it is supplied in the QFN EP package. This package uses the Bulk packaging method. In order to prevent signal reflections from off the end of the transmission line, 48 terminations are used. Essentially, it is an electronic device with 48 pins. Based on the Surface Mount technology, the module is mounted to a PCB. 5.25V is the maximum value of supply voltage. Analog signals are converted to digital signals by means of 2 A/D converters. Minimum supply voltage should remain at 1.6V. 70°C is set as the maximum operating temperature to keep the system working normally. Normal operation is maintained by setting the operating temperature low at 0°C. A consumer IC of type CONSUMER CIRCUIT is employed in this device.
