AD1988AJCPZ Overview
For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. We have adopted the packaging method of Tray. Its Audio Codec, HD type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. A mounting type of Surface Mount is used for this device. A performance setting of 0°C~70°C allows it to operate normally. 6 / 10 ADCs and DACs are integrated into it. Supply voltage is 3.13V~3.46V for the analog circuit. 2.97V~3.63V provides the supply voltage to the digital circuit. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the end of transmission lines by 48 terminations. There are 48 pins configured on this board. In addition, it can be supplied with a voltage of 3.13V at a minimum. This device supports a maximum supply voltage of 3.46V. Part of the family of SoundMAX® series, this electronic component can be used in a wide range of applications.
