CMX655DQ6-REEL Overview
For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. We have adopted the packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR). Its Voice-Band type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. A mounting type of Surface Mount is used for this device. A performance setting of -40°C~85°C allows it to operate normally. Supply voltage is 1.75V~3.6V for the analog circuit. 1.75V~3.6V provides the supply voltage to the digital circuit.
