DS1100Z125 Overview
For cost-effective packaging, Tape & Reel (TR) is used. By using the 100-LQFP package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.5 V ~ 5.5 V is supplied with a voltage. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. The operating temperature is 0°C ~ 70°C (TA).
