    It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflowing. It contains a total of 8 terminations within RF synthesizer.
