SPEAR320S-2 OverviewA high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tray. 333 MHz is the frequency of the CPU. 289 pin functions are described in the datasheets. Data transfer has 32 b bandwidths. Temperatures above 85 °C should not allow the embedded microprocessor to operate. Injecting pins into the embedded microprocessor body results in 289 pins. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Surface Mount bus. Micro processors can be used from 1.2 V. It is designed to have RAM (Random-Access Memory) of 8 kB. A voltage higher than 1.3 V shouldn't be used in a normal situation. It is recommended that the lowest voltage be fed to the micro processor is 1.14 V.
