The high-performance ARM? Cortex?-M0 32-bit RISC CPU, operating at a 48 MHz frequency, high-speed embedded storage (up to 128 Kbytes of Flash memory and up to 16 Kbytes of SRAM), and a wide variety of improved peripherals and I/Os are all included in the STM32F070CB/RB/C6/F6 microcontrollers. Each device has a conventional USB Full-speed device, one 12-bit ADC, seven general-purpose 16-bit timers, and an advancedcontrol PWM timer in addition to up to two I2Cs, up to two SPIs, and up to four USARTs.
The STM32F070CB/RB/C6/F6 microcontrollers run on a 2.4 to 3.6V power supply and operate in the -40 to +85 °C temperature range. The development of low-power applications is made possible by a wide range of power-saving modes.
