THCV220-B Overview
There is a Tray case in which the product is delivered.The product is packaged in a 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad case.A mounting type of Surface Mount is recommended for this product.Serializer/Deserializer is possible to change the operating temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA using the device.There is a 2.3V~3.6V volt supply output on the chip.In order for the user to enter input, there is a V-by-One®HS form available.Serializer/Deserializer is recognized that the output type of interface ic is CMOS/TTL.Inputs 1 have to be operated.There is an option for the device to maintain 35 outputs.This electrical component is included in the Automotive, AEC-Q100, THine®, V-by-One® series of products.
