W682310R Overview
For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. We have adopted the packaging method of Tube. Its PCM type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. A mounting type of Surface Mount is used for this device. A performance setting of -40°C~85°C allows it to operate normally. 2 / 2 ADCs and DACs are integrated into it. Supply voltage is 2.7V~3.8V for the analog circuit. 2.7V~3.8V provides the supply voltage to the digital circuit. An integrated circuit is mounted on a PCB based on the technology of Surface Mount.
