WM8946ECS/R Overview
For space-saving purposes, it is packaged in 36-WFBGA, WLCSP. Cut Tape (CT) packaging is adopted. It can perform highly efficiently in various applications since it is a type of Stereo Audio. As far as mounting types are concerned, it uses Surface Mount. Using -40°C~85°C as the operating performance allows it to operate normally. 2 / 2 ADC / DAC is integrated into it.
