ADV7171KS-REEL Overview
This encoder is embedded inside a 44-QFP package.Packing the encoder in a Tape & Reel (TR) case is recommended to ensure that it is protected.I have mounted this motor encoder in the way of the Surface Mount axis.There are two types of Video Encoder types that can be identified.There is no problem with connecting the encoder in Set-Top Boxes, Video Players as it is suitable for it.In the optical encoder there are 44 terminations that are available.It is possible to apply an analog supply voltage by using 4.75V~5.25V.In total, the rotary encoders has 44 pins in total.Ideally, 3V should be higher than the required minimum supply voltage.There is a maximum supply voltage (Vsup) of a encoder motor where 3.6V is reached.This encoder is designed to operate under the operating temperature of 85°C, which is very important to keep in mind when using this encoder.This rotary encoder can also be used in order to establish IT CAN ALSO OPERATE AT 4.75V TO 5.25V SUPPLY when using it.A minimum operating temperature of -40°C is specified for the quadrature encode, which is its design temperature.
