  • CY2309SXC-1 Overview
    It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVTTL. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.6V as a supply voltage. There should be a voltage supply above 3V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety.
