Texas Instruments makes a high voltage boost converter IC called the LM5007MMX/NOPB. It is excellent for a variety of power applications because it is specifically made to step up low input voltage sources to higher output voltages. The device can provide output voltages up to 100V and a maximum output current of 150mA from an input voltage range of 4.5V to 75V. Additionally, it has an internal soft start, an adjustable and set frequency option, and an over-temperature shutdown. It is frequently utilized in voltage-boosting industrial and automotive applications.
