MC100EP195FAR2 Overview
The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Cut Tape (CT). With the LQFP package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. In a wide range of applications, parts with the same base part number MC100EP195 are universally preferred. A Surface Mount mounting is used. Pins on the 32 axis are arranged in this design.
