  • SI5351B-B-GM Overview
    Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. Clock PLL is embedded in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. 20 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 2.5V allows for high efficiency. Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. 2 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 1.71V~3.6V. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. LVCMOS is designed for clock generator's output. This electronic component can be classified into Clock Generator. According to the base part number, its related parts can be founded. Clock generator is designed with 20 pins. The supply voltage should be maintained at 3.6V for high efficiency. ALSO OPERATES AT 3.3 V SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators. This clock generator is a member of MultiSynth™ series. Clock PLL is configured with 8 output. It is able to realize high efficiency when operating at a frequency of 200MHz. The supply current of 45mA needs to be provided to fully play clock generator's function.
