Texas Instruments UCC28910DR is a complete insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) based gate-driver solution. This device integrates two high-current gate drivers which can each deliver a continuous source or sink current of 2A and a maximum peak source current of 5A. The UCC28910DR is designed to meet the challenges of driving medium to high power IGBTs, as well as reduce system cost, power loss, and improve reliability.
