    Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 36 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.63V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set.
